FAQ

What are my payment options? We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, or Paypal as the form of payment. If the payment option is with a credit card, we can only ship to the billing address for the card. If your payment is with Paypal, we can only ship the item to the confirmed shipping given during Paypal check out process. Please note we generally do not accept Discover card or American Express credit card. If you must choose those two as the form of payment, there will be an additional 6% credit card transaction fees apply towards the sum of the purchase.

When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will not be charge until we have the confirmation of which the order can be completed. Then we will proceed to process the payment. The system will first check to see if the fund are available to complete the transaction in the amount that was given. If there are enough fund in your account that particular amount will be held at a spot which we call "pre-authorization" and it will show up in your account as pending. The final step in order for this payment to be complete will be address verification. Keep in mind ERZ Industries can only ship the item to the billing address of the credit card of which you use to make the purchase. NO EXCEPTION! If the wrong address was given, the payment will be decline. The pre-authorization usually take 48 hours to be reverse or disappear from your account.

How come the price on the product(s) had changed? Certain manufacture at times will increase their prices on their products so therefore our sale price may change without notice. We are all human being! So if the listed selling price was a mistake we will try our best to honor or offer you the best price we can offer. But at the end ERZ Industries will have to right to reject the order.

How come my order was rejected or cancel? Most common reasons are either you had requested item to be ship to another address other then the billing address of the credit card. Or credit card does not have enough fund!

When will my item be shipped? Most item will ship after 3-5 days after item is ordered. We can only ship item to the billing address of the payment you will choose from. We DO NOT ship any product over the weekend. So if any order that is place over the weekend, regardless it is 3 day select, 2 day select, or next day air shipping, it will not be process until the following Monday with the exceptions of holiday. If any case item is inback order we will contact you by email or phone if you wish to stay in backorder or you can cancel your order. We ship all item UPS Ground required signature to received the package. We ship all item with insurance in anycase if item is damage during shipping you can call 1800-pick-UPS and file a claim we will ship you a new item once approved by UPS please contact us first.

Damage item? Please inspect all hoods body kit for damage before signing for item. Once the package was signed and released the driver, we cannot file and claim for damage! We do not offer refund due to damage during shipping. If the claim is approve by the shipping company, replacement will be send to you at no cost.

Return or exchange? ERZ Industries LLC do accept returns 30 day from the purchase date. All item need to be brand new condition never install. A 30 percent restocking will be added. You will be responsible to pay for return shipping. If item was shipped for free originally you will be responsible for that shipping cost. All bodykit, hood, spolier, Coilovers, gauges, electrical parts, turbo, and special order item can not be return no exception.

Shipping charge can never be refunded.

How long does it take for me to receive my product? Order usually take 3-5 days to package and ship. In any unlikely event that the item is back order we will contact you by email or phone. Item will be ship with either UPS Gound, FEDEX Ground, or USPS. Please be sure to inspect the package upon arrival. Anything you may notice please ask the driver to note it. If any damage you may find without going through the inspection during delivery of the package, you have 2 business days to contact us to notify us. ERZ Industries reserve the right deny your damage claim request if the package was not properly inspected. If you exceeded the 2 business days we cannot accept any damage request, nor the shipping company will accept our damage request.

How long does it take for refund to be completed? If your payment option is with a credit card, your card will not get charge until the order can be fulfill. If for any other reason the payment was completed but will require to perform a refund, it will take approximately 24 - 48 hours to the refund to be completed. Please check with your credit card company for more information on the refund process. If payment is by Paypal, the refund process will also take approximately 24 - 48 hours to perform.

Can I cancel my order? ERZ Industries take pride to providing fast shipping to our customer. So we cannot guarantee if the order can be cancel once it had been placed.

How come I did not receive any information about my order to my email? Most common reasons are either you created your account AFTER you had made your purchase. Or the emails could be located at your email SPAM folder!
